Campus Event Requests

Kent State University at Stark is committed to establishing seamless planning and implementation of campus events.

A group of Stark Campus colleagues will review your event request and based on your event needs, will communicate your next steps. Assistance and resources are available to ensure events are consistent with Kent State Stark standards.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED

  1. Complete the Campus Event Planning Form (see below)
  2. Submit your space reservation request in the Event Management System (EMS). Note: If you are working off campus, you must be logged into the GlobalProtect VPN to access the request form.
  3. Make sure your approved event is added to the Stark Campus calendar by emailing Julie Spotts at jspotts@kent.edu or completing this form (+ Create Event button).
