Custodial, Maintenance & Grounds
CUSTODIAL
Custodial is responsible for cleaning all classrooms, restrooms and public areas, however, faculty and staff are responsible for cleaning his/her individual office or workstation. Other responsibilities include stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning and maintaining the campus's recycling program.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance handles large and small preventative maintenance and repair work throughout the campus.
GROUNDS
Grounds oversees the maintenance of over 200 acres of campus grounds. The staff design and install campus planting beds, mow lawns, trim trees and shrubs and plow the snow in the winter. The groundskeepers have made it a mission to increase the diversity of plants by the addition of native and foreign species.
