Kent State University at Tuscarawas was recognized once again on the floor of the State House of Representatives with partners of the Multi-County Advanced Manufacturing Corridor initiative.
The Advanced Manufacturing Corridor initiative was recently honored for being one of the Ohio Economic Development Association’s workforce projects of the year.
“Thanks to Representative Al Landis and Senator Jay Hottinger for their tremendous support,” said Brad Bielski, dean and chief administrative officer of Kent State Tuscarawas. “We are honored to be one of the OEDA workforce projects of the year.”
The Multi-County Advanced Manufacturing Corridor is a partnership between Kent State University at Tuscarawas, the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce, Buckeye Career Center, Ohiomeansjobs Stark & Tuscarawas Counties, East Central Ohio ESC, Harrison County Community and Economic Development, and the Carroll County Office of Economic Development.
