Lower-division tuition** starts at $3,693 per semester and upper-division tuition is $4,328. Transfer students can take advantage of the tuition guarantee as well. The length of the guarantee is dependent on transfer credit hours.
Residents of select Pennsylvania and West Virginia Counties pay a full-time tuition rate of $4,677 lower division per semester and $5,311 upper division per semester.

Out of County Fee: Residents of counties other than Tuscarawas will be assessed an additional $1.00 per semester out-of-county fee.
