Kent State University at Tuscarawas is excited to host Introducing Women in Engineering for high school girls on October 13 at 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Founders Hall. This is a free event.
The Engineering Technology Department is dedicated to promoting girls in STEM careers. Students will learn about alternative energy, robotics, 3D modeling, and microcontrollers.
Lunch with an engineer from Intel is included.
Registration is required by Sept 22.
The event is sponsored by the Kent State Tuscarawas Diversity Advisory Committee.
