Better Together, Beyond Differences
At Kent State University Columbiana County Campuses, East Liverpool and Salem, we have adopted our diversity definition from the Kent campus department of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI). We have diversity at Salem and East Liverpool. It comes in the form of first-generation students, adult learners, and student veterans, LGBTQ students, students with disabilities (physical & learning), Appalachian students, students in poverty, agnostic students and international faculty.
