If your designee has a question about the functionality of KSUview, they should first check the Designee FAQ's. If they have a question about your student information, remember: Your authorization is authorization to VIEW the item. KSUview does not give a designee the permission to discuss your educational record with a Kent State University official. If you would like your designee to be able to discuss the information you have authorized them to view, you need to also give them FERPA release access. You can grant that access from a link within Student / Resources / Requests and Authorizations.
