ADVISORY: Kent State University Board of Trustees Meeting, May 25

The Kent State University Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting on Wednesday, May 25, at 1:30 p.m. in the auditorium at the Berkshire Local Schools, 14155 Claridon Troy Road in Burton, Ohio, which is located on the campus of Kent State University at Geauga, to consider the recommendations of the standing committees, proposed personnel actions and new business. Trustees will retire into executive session at 8:30 a.m. to consider specific topics as provided under Ohio’s “Sunshine Law.” The roll call vote for this session will occur in public in Room C109.
 
On May 25, meetings of the full Board of Trustees will be held in person. A limited number of seats open to the public/university community will be available in person. For additional information, contact Charlene Nichol at cnicho22@kent.edu.

Information regarding the meetings of the standing committees was posted on the Board of Trustees website at www.kent.edu/bot/meetings. The standing committees are recommending bodies of the full Board. No actions are taken at these meetings, and a quorum of the Board is not present.
