This award represents not just how far I’ve gone so far in my story, but the power of an institution that makes opportunity real."

She has led nursing practice, workforce transformation, and clinical operations across complex, multi hospital environments, with a focus on aligning nursing strategy with organizational performance, advancing innovative care models and strengthening governance and workforce sustainability.

A nationally recognized nurse leader and published author, Carlucci has shared her work at leading national forums including the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Association for Physician Leadership and Premier’s Breakthroughs Conference. Her publications have appeared in Nurse Leader, Nursing Management, Healthcare Executive, and Management in Healthcare, addressing topics such as self leadership, emotional intelligence and collaborative care models.

In addition to her executive work, Carlucci is deeply committed to community engagement. She has served on numerous community boards, including the Civic Development Corporation of Ashtabula County, numerous University Hospitals boards, the Community Care Ambulance Network and currently serves as President of the Conneaut Library Board. She believes strongly that leadership begins locally and that all of us can contribute to making a meaningful difference in our communities.
