Discover how to incorporate mindfulness skills and meditation into your life to better manage stress during a FREE, four-week, 75-minute mindfulness class at Kent State University.
Kent State of Wellness, a university-level initiative to promote health and wellness, is offering Kent State faculty, staff and students the opportunity to learn Koru Mindfulness, an evidence-based training specifically designed for emerging adults.
Register for Koru Mindfulness Training
Classes are facilitated by Barb Ozimek, a trained Koru Mindfulness instructors. Participants have access to the free ebook through the University Library.
